Nicole Oberman, MS CCC-SLP, is a certified speech-language pathologist. She graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a Bachelors of Arts in Linguistics with an emphasis in Speech-Language Sciences and Disorders and two minors in Spanish and Education. Nicole completed her Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at Boston University. Nicole holds a California state Speech-Language Pathology license in addition to being certified through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Introduction to PROMPT (PROMPTS for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets) trained

While Sandy may be a cat, she is an important member of the PAW Speech Therapy team. Although she may not be able to help with speech therapy directly, clients look forward to her interruptions on telehealth calls. We understand the importance of creating a comforting and inviting environment for our clients, and Sandy helps us achieve just that. She is truly a special addition to our team!
Nicole fosters animals through local shelters. She fosters small animals, ranging from guinea pigs to hamsters, to kittens and adult dogs. She currently has a foster dog, Crest, and two foster guinea pigs at home. The foster animals are also known to make appearances during telehealth sessions.
